Ruby Hotel - 173-bedroom new build hotel

GNP was appointed by FREP 2 (Frogmore) to undertake an operator selection process for a proposed new build hotel within the Notting Hill Gate Estate. Following a hugely competitive marketing campaign Ruby Hotels were selected as the preferred operator. Construction for the hotel will commence in September 2020.
